The master of education programme is meant for candidates desirous of pursuing post graduate programme in education. Besides preparing teacher educators, it also aims at preparing educational planners, administrators, supervisors and researchers.

Duration

Candidates who have obtained at least 55% marks in the B.Ed degree are eligible for admission. An entrance test is held at C.C.S. university level. Reservation of seats and relaxation in the qualifying marks in favour of reserved categories shall be as per the rules of state government.

Eligibility

A candidate who after passing (i) the graduation or Post graduation examination with minimum 50% marks from any Indian University incorporated by law is eligible to appear in entrance examination. Reservation of seats and relaxation in the qualifying marks in favour of reserved categories shall be as per the rules of state government.

Admission

Admission to M.Ed session 2019-21 will be taken as per the rules and regulations of NCTE and according to C.C.S University, Meerut. The total number of seats available in M.Ed course are 50. The 50% seats are filled up by counselling and 50% through minority quota.

There shall be at least 200 working days exclusive of periods of examinations and admission etc,
